Rich in protein
Herbalife Formula 1 shakes contain up to 10.6 grams of soy protein. Aim for two shakes a day, and try supplementing with other Herbalife soy-based products like Personalised Protein Powder or other foods such as soy beans and tofu.
Proteins from foods like soy and dairy are often called ‘complete’ proteins because they contain all the essential amino acids (or building blocks) your body needs for the growth and maintenance of muscle.
By increasing your percentage of lean muscle mass your metabolism is also increased meaning you’ll burn more calories even while you are sleeping!
Available Free From!
Formula 1 is also available in a "Free From" variety, made free from soy, lactose and gluten, and uses a vegetable protein sourced from pea.

Formula 1 Shake is sold in 550g tubs containing approx 21 meals or 780g tubs containing approx 30 meals.
Formula 1 Free From Shake is sold in 500g tubs containing approx 19 meals.
Mix 2 scoops (26g) of Formula 1 with 250ml of fluid (e.g. milk) and shake or blend until smooth.
Formula 1 Savoury can be prepared warm (pre-heat the fluid in a microwave) and served as a soup.
